  • Lettings Branch Manager role
- £35,000 base = £60,000 OTE

My client, a fantastic market leading independent agent, are looking for a Lettings Branch Manager to join their team in their office based in the centre of High Wycombe.

You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own andbe encouraged and supported to progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency.

Responsibilities for this Lettings Branch Manager role will include:

  • Booking valuations
  • Winning instructions
  • Daily management of the team and operations
  • Liaising with the Directors to help manage the lettings business
  • Managing the units with Property Management team
Skills & Experience for this Lettings Branch Manager role:

  • Minimum 1 year in lettings management experience
  • People management and business acumen
  • Local area knowledge
  • Lettings Valuing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in fast paced lettings environment
