Senior Recruitment Advisor

Salary:
Up to £34,000 per annum, plus incentive structure, salary dependent on experience

40 hours per week, hybrid working available (including some remote, home working)

_The Role_


We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our dedicated in-house recruitment team at our
Support Centre, Colten House, in Ringwood.

With occasional travel to our luxury care homes across
Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and West Sussex, this is no ordinary recruitment job


_About you_
You'll have a genuine passion for your job, with proven experience as a professional recruitment consultant or in-house recruiter.

You'll have a detailed understanding of 'end to end' recruitment processes including advertising and attraction techniques, selection methods, testing and appointment processes.

You're adept at prioritising tasks and working efficiently on your own initiative within a competitive and fast-paced environment. You'll demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, with a superb telephone manner. You'll have an analytical mind and an enthusiastic and proactive approach. This role can include some remote, home working, along with an attractive incentive structure.
