Senior Case Executive

Leeds | Salary up to £25,000
Our client is now looking for a Senior Case Executive to join their team. You must have a minimum of 6 months experience working with Conveyancing and have experience title checking.

The role offers hybrid working

Summary:


  • Job title: Senior Case Executive
  • Location: Leeds
  • Salary: £25,000 DOE
  • Reports to: Team Manager
  • Previous Experience: At least 6 months experience working within Conveyancing/Remortgages

The duties will include:


  • Conduct a full title check of the office copies to establish what is involved in the remortgage
  • Liaise with clients/customers/3rd parties by telephone to keep them regularly and proactively updated and progress the case within SLA's
  • Deal with any adhoc tasks
  • When a case is ready for completion you must ensure that requests for funds are done in a timely manner in line with clients SLA's

Essential requirements:


  • Previous experience of title checking
  • Knowledge of the remortgage process
  • Previous experience in a similar role dealing with title complexities
