Our client, a London based consultancy is seeking a Braze engineer to join their team in London for a 3 month contract opportunity (outside IR35)

What will your daily life look like?

• Design, deliver and document repeatable, flexible and efficient campaign solutions within the Braze platform.
• Lead on monitoring the deliverability of CRM communications across MSMG.
• Own the reporting process, ensuring the business is frequently updated on performance and issues.
• Provide insight and troubleshoot, ensuring incidents are identified early, actioned and resolved in a timely fashion.
• Work closely with the commercial managers, product owners and other stakeholders, building relationships throughout the business.
• Support downstream teams in providing necessary reporting and analytics.
• Create and interpret automated reporting within Braze and Google Cloud Platform.

What do we need from you?

• Experience using one of the major CRM solutions (ideally Braze)
• SQL knowledge used to build reports and support with data processes
• Understanding of CRM metrics and KPIs.
• Strong email deliverability and monitoring knowledge.
• Knowledge of email and messaging best practice.
• Good understanding of data flows and data infrastructure, including the ability to work with data arrays.
