360 Recruitment Consultant Temps or Perms - Based in Coventry_


My client is one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in the UK, having experienced continued growth, year on year, for the past 30 years.

As a result of this success, they now have over 70 locations, both on-site (Managed Service) and a network of Branches across the country, having started with just one high-street branch in 198-

A driven, and tenacious character who is excited about running and developing their own temps or perms desk within a sector where they have had previous success and would like to develop into a top performing Senior Consultant or Branch Manager providing the best customer service to your clients.

Hours_
This will predominately be Monday - Friday 8.30am

Salary:
_ £25,000-£30,000 basic dependant on experience plus en excellent uncapped commission structure

Main responsibilities._

  • Deliver a high level of customer service to your client base
  • Grow and develop your desk to hit budget
  • Carry out sales and business development activities to chase and win new business/accounts
  • Sales mapping and client visits to sell and promote my clients services
  • Develop effective relationships with the customer.
  • Understand the needs of the customer and constantly over deliver.
  • Take full responsibility for managing and developing your own desk
  • Proficient using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, although full training will be given on all internal systems. If you have 360 recruitment experience we would like to hear from you
