    Permanent The Sustainability Advisor plays a crucial role in facilitating customer engagement across the Government Property Agency (GPA) account.

    This involves maintaining a roadmap of various initiatives throughout the year to ensure a consistent stream of fresh and compelling content for the customer.

    Job DescriptionAs Sustainability Advisor, you will stay connected with sustainability champions and leads across the Government sector and the wider Sustainability team with the overarching goal of promoting sustainability and driving positive environmental and social impacts within the organisation.

    Key ResponsibilitiesValidate sustainability data and review qualityEngage required stakeholders (i.e. suppliers, contractors) to obtain the data neededSupport communication plans for wider customer account, and Government sectorSupport market understanding, application for industry awards, engagement and training for customer accountDelivery of sustainability data collection report, with basic analysis of performanceWork with the Sustainability and Circularity leads on the GPA account to deliver reporting for the Hubs sectorProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsExperience working in sustainability - in engagement of communication based outputsExperience of sustainability reporting data types and sourcesKnowledge of wider sustainability topics and ability to communicate them to wider stakeholdersAbility to use technology to report and analyse data – i.e. Excel, TriregaEnthusiasm, purpose-driven individual, self-starter with significant motivationThis role involves travel, so the candidate must be comfortable with that.
