Dawson Levy are proud to be recruiting for a Project Manager in London.


The client is a global facilities and construction company who prides themselves in the delivery of their contracts and projects.

The position is for a Project Manager to work on residential and commercial fit-outs projects across London. You will be managing and delivering projects.


Duties:

Working with the Project team on procurement and contractor selection.

SPOC for the main contractor during the fit out works. Managing key stakeholders on a daily, and providing project updates and reports to senior leadership team.

Overseeing H&S, logistics, FM teams and subcontractors to ensure a smooth and successful project

Working closely with the MEP team to ensure the highest standards are met

Managing budgets and closing out the final accounts

Develop effective communication with all internal teams and stakeholders.

Ensuring Project Governance was in place and information was issued on time to all stakeholders

Assisting with the Design standards and ensuring they are met in global projects

Supporting global feasibility studies

Creating and implementing project play book, tools and formats for the client's internal project management process.


Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager

Experience working on CAT A fit out projects

Strong understanding of construction processes and contracts

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong financial and commercial acumen

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once

Professional accreditation (PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable
