    The post holder is part of a multidisciplinary team that provides ultrasound services to the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department.


    This is an exciting opportunity that includes a Golden Hello of 3,000 on joining the Obstetric Sonography team at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust.

    Royal Surrey Foundation Trust Maternity service is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission.

    We provide antenatal care to approximately 2900 women a year and the sonography service is based within our antenatal clinic and dedicated early pregnancy unit on the ground floor of the trust.

    You are an integral part of the maternity care provision within the department and work closely with the Obstetric, midwifery and Gynaecology nursing teams to provide an exceptional level of antenatal care.


    You will work alongside the Antenatal Screening team and two dedicated fetal medicine consultants to deliver the Fetal Anomaly Screening Programme and achieve all Key Performance Indicators within your practice.


    Support will be given with professional development and there is opportunity to support ongoing improvement in practice and service delivery working collaboratively with the senior team, you would be supported to develop the work as part of the trust Quality Improvement processes.

    Quality control experience to include: Adverse Incident & Risk management/clinical governance reporting Knowledge of key performance indicators within ultrasound
