Restore Technology are seeking an experienced Site Administration Lead for our site in Bedford.

Coming from an administration /facilities management background, we are seeking a team player that can support our site management function.

Operating as part of a dynamic team you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional site administration standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Champion: You will support best practices for environmental and health & safety standards, ensuring that mandatory site checks and reviews are completed to uphold site certifications and standards.
Supplier Management: Raise purchase orders and efficiently manage suppliers on dedicated software
General Administration Support: Assist the Site Manager with various administrative tasks as required, demonstrating your versatility and ability to adapt to changing needs
Employee Engagement: Contribute to the success of site employee forums and working groups, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment

ABOUT YOU

Experience: You possess administration experience, ideally in a facilities environment or working with contractors
Customer Focus: Your excellent customer skills enable you to provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, leaving a positive and lasting impression
Organizational Skills: With your impeccable organization and attention to detail, you effortlessly manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively delivering results in a timely manner
Communication: You are a strong communicator, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
