    74 per hour/£47,453 per year (based on 44 hours) + £5,000 welcome bonus

    An experienced Registered Nurse (RMN) The service welcomes applications from Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurses as full training and support will be given with your own designated mentor

    Identify service needs and employ advanced communication, negotiation, and collaboration with various stakeholders, including senior managers, commissioners, primary care, general adult, forensic and substance use services, prisons, probation services, and other independent providers as deemed appropriate, to create flexible, integrated, and comprehensive services.


    • Collaborate closely with service users to explore the aforementioned issues, aiming to enhance understanding, insight, and motivation, emphasizing self-management of risk as an integral aspect of the recovery process.
    • Work in partnership with service users to recognize early signs of mental state and behavioral deterioration, as well as potential triggering factors that may contribute to recurring risk behaviors.
    • Assess situations by gathering information from patients, their families, and other pertinent sources, considering the patients' strengths, limitations, risks, and vulnerabilities.
