You will be responsible for managing two members of the Purchase Ledger team - they are extremely self-sufficient and certainly don't need handholding however you will act as a mentor, support and day to day buffer for any queries that may arise; you will be the person they look to for guidance
This is a role where you can be a real leader and drive change - think a system could be improved? Suggest it Think a process could be streamlined? Use your voice You will be involved in every single monthly Board meeting, so your opinion is just as important as the Finance Director's
