What is recruitment?

The opportunity to work within: Technology recruitment, IT recruitment, Life Science Recruitment, Media Recruitment, Marketing Recruitment, Finance Recruitment, Fintech Recruitment, Energy Recruitment, Renewables Recruitment, Cybersecurity Recruitment or Executive Search.
2:1 or above from a top 40 university
Preferably sales experience (B2B, door2door, estate agency or telecoms)
Must be a strong communicator

- confident speaking with of people in person and over the phone with excellent interpersonal skills.

Sporty, competitive induvial, who has played sports up until a high level.
Winning mentality whether this is a clear evidence of academic excellence, sporting achievements, societies at university or other extracurricular.
Evidence of hard work working alongside studies, working multiple jobs, working unsociable hours or working difficult roles.
Resilient, ambitious, driven individual who wants to have a successful financially rewarding career and is excited by the challenge of starting a sales based career.
