Project Controls Manager | Construction Consultancy | London
Salary up to £65,000 per annum, plus travel, health, pension & bonus

Requirement is for an accomplished Planner (P6) / Project Controls Manager with a high level of analytical, co-ordination and organisational skills along with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders on major building projects.

The position requires sound project planning experience ideally gained with a Construction Consultancy or Contractor, together with a good understanding of the management structure and mode of operation of multi-disciplinary construction projects.

You will evaluate project schedules and detail events that may impact the programme, giving progress updates and 2/3 weekly lookaheads.

In addition, compiling supportive evidence to negate any future claims through delay analysis.

A minimum of 5 years relevant construction experience is essential gained on the construction of large-scale projects such mixed use commercial or residential projects.

Degree qualified in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with a sound knowledge of Primavera P6.

In addition to the basic salary the position offers a travel allowance for London, private medical cover and generous leave entitlement.

This is a permanent role, or our client would consider a consultant on a long-term contract.
