Description

Main Purpose of the role:

Visit multiple properties per day to produce quality photographs and accurate floor plans for marketing within the agreed timescales.


Location:
Various Locations across London


Salary:
Starting salary 24K - up to 35K in first year, including bonuses and allowances


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high quality photographs and floor plans for our Sales and Letting offices
  • Liaise with bookings Administrators, Sales and Lettings offices and external clients
  • Return completed work to offices within required deadlines
  • Respond to internal or external queries

Requirements & Skills

  • Passion for photography
  • Good working knowledge of Photography & Photo Editing
  • Smart and well presented
  • Punctual and highly organized
  • Excellent customer service
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
  • Able to work independently as well as part of team
  • Good general knowledge of London Area
  • Driving Licence and personal car

  • Knowledge of producing floor plans
  • Willing to take on EPCs within the first year (training provided)

Salary:
£24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
