As a Senior Financial Analyst (SFA), you will partner with the business to ensure growth and to enable them to meet their financial goals, actively lead efforts to find opportunities and implement solutions to improve the financial performance of the business.


By providing an integrated financial perspective on the impact of business decisions, the SFA makes recommendations and influences decisions that maximize value for the business.

The role will business partner at least 1 Global Brand and extended teams across the BG. It will be an "agile" member of the relevant brand Community (attending when relevant) and at times may have to stretch across to other brands and projects within


RESPONSIBILITIES
Innovation

  • Development & leadership of business cases for global innovations, in collaboration with the FET, global brand teams, the regional counterparts as well as the R&D and CMI communities
  • Drive postlaunch interventions
  • Drive Margin Accretive Innovation as part of category innovation process and may also lead for the 5S programme
  • Support the FET to influence at the key decision gates of innovation business cases and lead for global innovation business cases
Budgeting

  • Drive better decision making around resource allocation and budget setting. Support on prioritisation and activation of a ZBB (Zero Based Budgeting) mindset within the Category and Brand. Driving accountability within the teams and the right service level support from the FET.
Cross Category

  • Lead various crosscategory projects across categories, aimed at stepping up finance capabilities, such as Sustainability Finance, Digital ROMI, etc.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with crossfunctional business partners
  • Involvement with special projects related to business development, strategic growth, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Contribute to our culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, and efficient.

ALL ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
  • Minimum of three years of related financial planning and analysis experience with increasing responsibility and control
  • Prior work experience in Brand, Supply Chain, Customer Development (Sales), Audit, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Financial Planning is preferred
  • An enterprising and inquisitive nature that can find solutions to complex problems
  • Experience creating and implementing operational improvement solutions
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate results and implications of analysis
  • Experience communicating financial acumen effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
