    This role is nestled within their HR function which is tasked with crafting and implementing a comprehensive compensation and recognition framework.

    This role offers a unique opportunity to delve into the realm of executive remuneration, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of their Remuneration Committee cycle and executive compensation strategies.


    The roleYou will:


    Assist in the planning process for the annual cycle of Committee meetingsDeliver accurate and timely remuneration disclosures and reporting in compliance with relevant regulationsManage the uploading and organization of Committee papers on the Board portalDraft Committee papers and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and clarityContribute to the preparation of the annual Directors' Remuneration Report and Policy reviewsSupport broader executive remuneration matters, including regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagementCollaborate effectively with colleagues across the Global Reward function to gather input and insightsStay abreast of evolving remuneration and governance regulationsExperienceYou will ideally tick some of the following boxes:Have excellent analytical and numerical skillsStrong written communication skillsEffective planning and project management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordProactive and results-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple prioritiesComfortable navigating ambiguity and problem-solving complex issuesHow to applyPlease apply by submitting your CV to Emma Johnson at Dartmouth Partners.
