    International Project Manager

    You'll be successfully driving the delivery of projects from concept to completion, , developing effective and collaborative client relationships, managing financial and resourcing requirements along with effective risk management.

    Manage FCDO-funded projects; Manage USAID, EU, and other donor-funded projects; Meet donor reporting requirements for international projects; Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, risk management and financial management requirements for donor-funded projects experience is essential

    Manage budgets for international projects, ideally for FCDO-funded projects; Manage projects in diverse international environments, including challenging, conflict-affected countries, within a blended stakeholder group made up of international and national team members, partner organisations and clients; Utilising experiences of managing projects both as a sub-contractor as well as a prime contractor; Collaborate effectively utilising excellent relationship and time management skills with stakeholders to ensure agility and eliminate unnecessary delays.

    Full engagement in life cycle ownership: a successful project delivery will include proposal development, contract commencement, inception and implementation of several major or minor initiatives simultaneously.

    Manage all aspects of multiple related components to ensure the overall project is both aligned to and directly supporting the achievement of strategic objectives.

    Report on success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.
    Manage and control budgets and resources used, controlling deliverables, and supporting expectation management.
    Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating issues, or escalations to leadership.
    Manage scopes of work, request for change, and present possible project impacts of proposed changes.

    Develop and deliver agile/rapid progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including Project Teams, Management Teams, and key stakeholders.

    Capture, interpret and present accurate data to support on project, resourcing, or capacity planning modelling.

    Experience : 2-5 years minimum senior/autonomous project or programme management and demonstrable stakeholder management experience in an international development context.

    Show initiative and thrive on providing a high-quality experience to colleagues, delegations, or learners. Experience using business platforms (Salesforce, Wrike, etc). Highly proficient IT user (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
