As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the mechanical installation work on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required standard.


Mechanical Supervisor Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage the mechanical installation work on site.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required standard.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure that the mechanical works are integrated with other trades on site.
  • Ensure that all health and safety requirements are met and that safe working practices are always adhered to.
  • Monitor and review the performance of the mechanical installation team and provide feedback and coaching where necessary.
  • Ensure that all equipment and materials are ordered and delivered to site on time and in accordance with the project schedule.

Mechanical Supervisor Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in the building services industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience working on largescale mechanical projects.
  • Relevant mechanical qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ.
