    Job DescriptionWe're recruiting for Supplier Relationship Manager to join us. We're offering a competitive base salary and great benefits package.

    You'll play a key role in helping us to mature the function as you can influence the direction of policy and the way that we operate.

    What you'll be doingResponsible for ensuring full compliance to Supplier Relationship Management policy, standards, and processes across a portfolio of supplier relationshipsEnsuring successful implementation of the Supplier Management strategy and proposition across a portfolio of Legal & General suppliersBenchmarking new and existing services to ensure that commercial terms are appropriate and fit for purpose.

    Conducting regular reviews of contract service performance through the contracted Service Level AgreementsCollaborating with cross functional Procurement and SRM teams to support contract negotiations and renewals for in-scope suppliersLeading dispute resolution with appropriate parties to ensure all contractual disputes are fully resolved in a timely mannerQualificationsWho we're looking for:Ideally you will have Facilities Management related SRM experienceProven commercial experience gained from a supplier/vendor management, supply chain, category management, or business development backgroundYou'll be proficient in SRM best practices and strategies.

    Ability to influence others with a collaborative, inclusive and engaging style with a practical, approach to delivering successful, collaborative outcomes to support evolving business needs.
