This is an entry level role within Logistics where you will be operating within the Logistics Contact Centre team.

If successful, you will be working with Buying Operations Teams and Vendors globally as part of a helpdesk which assists our vendors to book goods into our supply chain and enables smooth flow to our processing centres and stores.

You will work out of a busy shared inbox and will be using a soft-telephony system to field vendor calls.


As part of the role, you will assist with:

  • Creating vendor booking accounts, resetting passwords and maintenance of account. information on the booking portals.
  • Booking in deliveries into the UK Processing Centres for exception vendors.
  • Maintaining logs & keeping records up to date.
  • Informing vendors of noncompliance.
  • Running & saving reports.
  • Resolving collection related issues.
  • Supporting vendors with our packing, shipping and booking requirements.
  • Assisting with current customs document compliance process.
  • Assisting Buying Operations with queries and PO failures.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Confident calling external vendors and speaking on the phone.
  • PC literate with intermediate computer skills, good data entry and math skills.
  • Able to work from a shared inbox.
  • Able to juggle constantly changing priorities and multitask in a high volume and fast paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
  • Able to build and maintain crossfunctional relationships.
  • Team player be able to work in a large/diverse team.
  • Independent, able to work effectively without close supervision.
  • Committed and reliable.
  • Task oriented, aware of deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and ability to adapt to an everchanging and diverse environment.
  • Takes accountability for personal development.
