Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a commercial city firm for a 12-month period, on a Locum or Fixed Term Contract basis.

The Opportunity:

The role will be handling both respondent and claimant matters, from initial instruction through to final hearing. Extensive experience handling employment tribunal litigation matters is essential.

The team handle complex cases, acting for financial institutions, investors, companies and private individuals from all over the world. The caseload can range from HR investigations, business immigration, corporate transactional support and everything in between.

Advocacy experience is desired but not essential. Qualification is not essential.

This role can be considered on a hourly rate basis or on a fixed term contract, salaried basis.
