- Assisting with Month-end process (E.g. Reviewing GL accountant codes & maintaining the Group's fixed asset register).
- Raising intercompany invoices and reconciling intercompany balances.
- Preparing monthly cost-centre reports, to be shared with departmental directors.
- Preparing monthly credit card spend report.
- Ownership of the credit card process (Creation of new cards, removing card no longer required, posting CC receipts and reconciling missing receipts)
- Assisting with posting bank postings to the general ledger and complete bank reconciliations.
- Assisting with preparation of Group VAT return.
- Assisting with the annual Audit and Corporation tax return process.
- Creation of new fixed assets on the system.
