We are looking for an enthusiastic highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and an interest in working in a cancer care setting.

The Churchill Unit aim's to deliver an outstanding experience for all patients cared for within this setting.

A flexible and adaptable approach is required to meet the needs of the service. Previous experience within a health care setting and outpatient setting is preferred.

The Churchill Unit is part of Cancer services team at Bolton. The unit provides clinics for patients requiring treatment under the care of the oncologist. Chemotherapy and supportive treatments are also delivered on the unit.

As a member of the multidisciplinary team, supporting trained staff in all aspects of clinical care. Responsibility includes clerical and administrative duties, stock maintenance and care, cleaning and management of equipment. After appropriate training, post holders may be required to perform tasks such as Venepuncture and undertaken diagnostic tests.
