    Head of Communications at Leading Architecture Studio in Winchester

    Are you a seasoned Head of Communications on the lookout for an exciting new challenge within a top-tier architecture practice? If so, this prestigious studio, renowned for its fusion of traditional and progressive classical architecture across Europe, is searching for a skilled individual like you to spearhead their communications strategy.

    This high-level management position will have you reporting directly to the Executive Board, where you will lead the charge in PR, marketing, communications, digital media, and brand development.

    Your mission will be to refine the PR & marketing processes, shape the brand identity, oversee both internal and external communications, and bolster business development efforts.

    Your confidence in communication and writing is unmatched, backed by extensive experience in top-level media relations and marketing strategies, especially within the architectural or a related sector.

    Partnering with the Executive Board, you will develop strategic initiatives to secure new projects and grow the business. Moreover, your leadership will play a pivotal role in evolving the practice's culture, strengths, values, and external brand image.

    you'll work closely with both an external communications agency and the internal team to ensure all communications echo the practice's strategy, image, and values.

    Overseeing in-house communications production, developing marketing materials, and managing PR during crisis situations will also fall under your purview.

    They are offering a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000, depending on your experience, along with the chance to impact the world of Classical and Traditional architecture.
