- Management of all absence cases including long term absence. Employee Assistance Programme.
- To deliver training on HR processes, procedures, and employment law through workshops and 1 to 1 sessions.
- To maintain accurate HR records, provide efficient administrative services.
- To work within Company procedures, policies and initiatives, aligned to the employee value proposition to drive advocacy.
- To support the Regional Business Partner to ensure performance conversations, promotions, reward and recognition, talent, and succession planning initiatives happen.
- Proven experience of providing practical HR advice to a broad range of stakeholders

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager you will serve as primary contact for all HR/ER solutions for our client's businesses across Sheffield, Leeds, Middlesborough & Yorkshire.
The role includes providing guidance, counsel, and policy interpretation on Human Resources issues to leaders, and employees.This is a highly visible role that will suit a HR/ER professional that enjoys working in a fast-paced business, and someone who will be able to add real value to the Human Resources team.
To deliver a customer focussed high quality and effective HR advisory service to employees and people managers on employment issues.
