Customer Service Advisor


Opportunity to join a well-established business located in Biggleswade, due to business growth our client is looking to expand their customer service department in line with their development.

Duties

  • Processing customer orders
  • Running and monitoring the chat box customer interface
  • General Admin
  • Tracking orders and keeping customers up to date.
Experience

  • Must have officebased customer service experience
  • Must have a personable telephone manner
  • Confident dealing with various customer queries

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-17:30pm

(There is an option to work 5 days, discussed in interview)


Pay :
£11.00 Per Hour
