Delighted to be exclusively working with a leading Food Service & Wholesale business as they grow their Procurement function. This is a business-critical greenfield project role leading Procurement across the organisation.

Your Role:

The appointed Group Procurement Director will be responsible for transforming the procurement function policies, procedures, processes and supplier partnerships. This incumbent will be an influential leader in the business, to support delivery of the next exciting phase of growth. The role is responsible for a team of 8+, partnering with stakeholders and embedding great suppliers, to maximise delivery in service, profit, and growth.

Your Salary & Working Setup:

+ c.£100,000 to £120,000 pa depending on experience

+ Additional attractive package

+ The appointee will manage their time accordingly but is expected to be around the London area/suppliers most days

More About You:

– Demonstrable procurement & supply chain leadership experience in B2B FMCG

– Proven track record of establishing successful relationships at all levels, and influencing senior stakeholders

– Demonstrable people management and people development experience
