    You will provide a highly effective first point of contact service by dealing efficiently with all enquiries into the branch through multiple communication channels (telephone, email and face-to-face). You will be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the local property market and an ability to proactively match buyer needs to suitable properties, generating positive client relationships and a database of future, potential buyers.

    You will work closely with your colleagues in the branch supporting them in completing all regulatory compliance checks for all home buyers in line with internal policy procedures, including the completion of risk assessments and the collation of supporting documentation.

    You will also provide general tasks for a variety of activities including property marketing and social media updates, administrative duties such as invoicing and on occasion supporting the team with property viewings.

    Key responsibilities

    • Greeting clients and providing a first point of contact to all enquiries
    • Building positive relationships with clients through regular phone contact
    • Responsible for home report and property information requests
    • Carry out property match searches in Reapit for an new property launches
    • Arranging viewing in to the Viewing Agents diary
    • Understand regulatory compliance requirements and assist the sales team in ensuring these are met including Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection and CPR/BPR compliance.
    • Assisting with property marketing activities and invoicing as needed
    • Contributing content for the social media profile of the branch using relevant platforms
    • Ensuring accuracy of data input into our property database, Reapit, therefore ensuring the accuracy of management accounts and reporting.

    Key requirements

    Essential:

    • Knowledge relevant to the role description
    • 1-2 years experience in a similar role demonstrating customer service, administrative ability and knowledge of compliance
    • Fully IT literate and proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
    • Willingness to perform administrative tasks
    • Strong written and verbal communication/numeracy/data analysis skills
    • Full, clean driver's license
    Desirable:
    • Qualification in Estate Agency or similar
    • Experience based in an estate agency environment
