    Luxury Property Developer (Construction)
    Immediate Interviews - Office based (No WFH)

    The company has enjoyed rapid expansion and an impressive increase in turnover that has created a position for a Project Admin/ Procurement Assistant to essentially support the Directors & Senior Management in organising the purchasing of materials to fulfil the demand on site for purchasing and delivering construction materials.


    Your role would be to contact the account managers with existing materials suppliers, negotiate and place orders and raise appropriate purchase orders.

    This role is an office-based role and training would be given on the specific products, which include plasterboard, suspended ceiling systems, dry-wall partition systems & MF systems.

    Excellent listening and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate professionally at a high level with the senior staff in the organisation, are also important

    1-2 years previous construction experience working in a head office or site office in the UK would also be desirable

    Location is also key, you will need to be happy coming into the office throughout the week (hours from 8:00am to 5:00 pm - Monday to Friday).

    Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel and you will be trained in some specialist software for interpreting and performing take-offs of estimates from drawings.

    Previous experience in buying or procurement would be imperative (Buying/Materials/ Procurement:

    Previous experience ideal in product purchasing and management would be advantageous including below:


    Manage all appropriate paperwork to be issued and updated in order to track the stock to the specific project number, ensuring correct cost allocation.

    Bulk buying / stock strategy.
    Competitive salary ranging between £25,000 to £35,000. (Standard pension contributions.
    20 days per year plus bank holidays.
