Contract Type: 12 Month FTC with the possibility of extension

Hours: 22.5 hours


Salary:
£32-£37K Full time Equivalent, Pro Rated salary £19,200 - £22,200

The Role


As a HR Advisor you need to have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate to stakeholders at all levels.

Furthermore, you must be a self-starter who can use your previous HR experience to offer pragmatic and creative solutions to supportdelivery of Eadon's objectives.

You will have strong interpersonal skills, and excellent attention to detail with an organized and methodical approach.

You will also have the ability to work collaboratively in a team and be able to multitask to deliver workto a high standard under pressure whilst working to tight deadlines.


You will ideally have:

  • Experience in a similar role having worked across a range of company types and sizes
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified or similar
  • Experience of advising on best practice in line with current and proposed employment legislation.
