Are you looking for a full time Teaching Assistant role? Live locally to St Albans?


We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in a thriving school located in St Albans You will also be asked to work both independently & collaboratively with teaching staff in the preparation of resources, delivering learning to individuals, small groups & 1 to 1.


Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is ideal however it is not essential as long as you have experience supporting children (within the UK) in some capacity for reference purposes

You MUST be available full time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm & MUST be willing to support SEN children.

The Role:


  • Covering classes/lessons and deliver the national curriculum to classes as a Teaching Assistant
  • Work with children in the class, in small groups and on occasion in a 1:1 setting as a Teaching Assistant
  • Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
  • Assist students with their educational, personal and social development
  • Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as a Teaching Assistant

Requirements:

Must be willing with work with SEN children:


  • Be available full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm:

MUST have a full enhanced DBS or willing to get one:


  • MUST have experience working with children in some form of capacity
    within the UK:
  • Live local to the St Albans area or within a commutable distance

£60.00-£85.00 per day


Schedule:
