Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of our Luton based client.

Working as part of a lively Customer Service Team, you will be providing customer service support to internal and external customers.

Duties to include:
Cold/warm calling existing customers, arranging meetings for the business development manager, and follow call after meetingsQuote chasing supportDealing with daily requests regarding quote calls, queries and general customer service advisory callsCreating specific quotations using CRM system SAPAchievement of custoner service KPI'sKeeping up to date with all product knowledgeAll other related tasks as required

Must be positive,out-going and enthusiasticEnjoy working as part of a lively teamPossess excellent customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood level of IT literacyA 'can-do' attitudeAmbitious, self confident and keen to progress Monday to Friday role 8.30 am to 5 pmSalary: £23.
