Tasks :
Assist in sourcing value-add residential opportunities across London with a target timeline of 6-12 months for potential sale.
Support project management efforts for value-add strategies, including refurbishments and lease condition improvements, under the guidance of senior team members and external third parties.
Assist in the preparation of sales materials and participate in negotiations with potential buyers under supervision.Contribute to expanding the UK network of relevant market participants on both the buy-side and sell-side, including agents, high net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, developers, and architects.
Coordinate and participate in business meetings to introduce the CEO and discuss investment opportunities.Assist in preparing decision papers, including basic investment calculations and economic feasibility studies.
Support market trend analysis and competitor research to inform investment strategy.
Profile :
Experience in the London residential real estate sector.
Analytical abilities.
Some sourcing experience is desirable.
Strong willingness to learn with a proactive and committed approach to tasks.
Enthusiastic and adaptable with a desire to grow within the role and the company.
