My client, a leading quant hedge fund, known for the fantastic development, training and progression opportunities that they offer employees as well as their rock bottom attrition rate, are looking to make a newly created trade support hire.
The role sits on the trading desk, offering great exposure to some of the smartest individuals in the industry and centres around managing the trade life cycle, project work and growing your tech skills.
Candidates will be encouraged to gain knowledge in SQL / Python / VBA and use these tools to run / lead multiple automation projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic profile, 1-5yrs experience in operations/trade support and advanced tech skills.The total comp for this role can be up to £100k for a top performer.
