Finance Manager
Location -
Bolton (hybrid)
Salary -
£55,000
Simpson Judge are working with a growing and diverse investment business, with offices based in Bolton. This is a permanent opportunity, in a varied role, with great progression opportunities for the right person.

Responsibilities include:

  • Production of monthly Management Accounts for group companies
  • Bank management including posting and reconciliations
  • Tracking and posting of month end journals
  • Manage business expenses
  • Implementation of controls & procedures to ensure good cost management
  • Assist the Company Accountants in producing statutory accounts
  • Production of Portfolio Financial reporting pack, including obtaining and reviewing accounts for nongroup companies.
  • Bank Management including setting up new accounts, payments for co authorisation and managing group balances.
  • Assist the team in producing cashflow forecasts

Experience/Skills required:

  • Previous management accounts experience
  • PQ/QBE/Qualified applicants all considered
  • Finance systems skills a bonus eg. Xero, Sage, ERP, etc.
