• Are you a strategic Account Director with a passion for delivering exceptional integrated marketing campaigns? We are seeking a talented individual to join a Bristol based full service marketing agency, where creativity meets strategy, and innovation drives results.

As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients spanning both B2B and B2C sectors.


Client Management:

• Project Oversight:
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high quality results.

Work closely with internal marketing teams, including creative, digital, and account management, to ensure seamless delivery of integrated solutions.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to account teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts.

• Proven experience in a senior account management role within a full service or integrated marketing agency.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

-4+ years of experience in account management/as an Account Director within an agency setting.

• Proficient in project management tools and CRM software.
