THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are delighted to be recruiting for an Area Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for provide a first class customer focussed service and represent the company to the highest level.

Whilst contributing to sales targets, it is essentialthat they can identify opportunities for increased sales, continuous improvement towards customer service and communicate effectively within the sales team as well as all other key departments within the business.


THE JOB:


  • Manage existing customer accounts and identify potential customers for service contracts, aftermarket spares, EMP (Equipment Modernisation Programmes), New or 2nd Hand Refurbished Equipment
  • Establish, develop and maintain business and positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Provide quotations to customers and follow up as required
  • Understand and be aware of competitors activities / issues and products
  • Plan and arrange customer visits through solid call plans
  • Analyse set territories / business opportunities within the market
  • Provide reports on sales calls, customer needs, potential equipment requirements, present solutions to any customer issues / problems
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of company products and services, and offer support and information to team members when required
  • Communicate and cooperate professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Attending Exhibitions and Shows, setting up and break down when required

THE PERSON:


  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Full Driving License
  • Previous Sales Experience (Engineering/Surface Preparation/ Shot Blast/ Shot Peening, Preferred)
  • High levels of integrity
  • Ability to maintain and win new business
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a pressurised environment
