Content and Copy Executive to join a growing team, to play a pivotal role in shaping content across all platforms, based in Bristol once a week, the rest can be remote if you wish.

You'll be tasked with creating playful content to share on social channels.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take the reins, as you'll be given loads of creative freedom and the space to take the channels in the direction you want.


Do you love to create content that inspires, informs and engages? In this exciting role, you will not only create compelling content but also use it strategically to drive brand awareness, lead generation, member conversion, and overall marketing success.

You'll be fearless with sharing your ideas, and have a natural, playful and fun style in your content production.


Reporting to the Lead Content Manager, and work with the Creative team to deliver results-driven content using social media, SEO, paid advertising, video creation and more.

Working quickly and be confident working across multiple projects simultaneously.

You'll be encouraged to bring your creative ideas to the table and be ready to experiment with new approaches to find what makes their audience tick.


What you'll need:


Ideally have more than 3 years' experience as a Content Creator, Content Marketer, Copywriter or similar role and have a passion for storytelling through words, image, audio and video.

If you have an excellent understanding of marketing data, this is a huge bonus, as you'll need to show how you can improve performance and optimise content based on analysis.


Ideally, you'll be fearless about getting in front of the camera to interview their members and create your own influencer-style content to be shared across social media platforms and beyond.

Curiosity is key, with the opportunities to test different types of content, track the success of each post, and suggest strategies to continuously optimise and improve their awareness and performance across all content channels.

A natural collaborator, happy to work effectively within a team to meet deadlines. Ideally, you would describe yourself as highly organised, empathetic and insightful. It's important that you're genuinely interested in learning about what resonates with their members across all content.


A team player who stays constantly up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates and industry best practices in order to explain news ideas and concepts.

Open to receive feedback, and are keen to collaborate, and solve problems quickly as a team.

Wearing many hats is second nature to you, and you relish the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and dive into tasks.


In addition, your excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills round out your profile, making you a standout contributor to any team or mission.


Responsibilities
