    Role DescriptionWe are currently offering a 3-month rolling contract for an experienced Patient Engagement Lead, with an immediate start date.

    As a Patient Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient engagement initiatives on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom.

    Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing patient engagement strategies, gathering and analyzing patient feedback, coordinating patient events and programs, and collaborating with internal teams to improve patient experience.

    You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients effectively engage with their patients and enhance overall patient satisfaction.

    The role is centred on enhancing patient care and outcomes through collaboration with healthcare entities, educational bodies, and charities. It emphasizes, innovative solutions, and awareness.

    The role's duties include leading personalized care efforts, fostering patient engagement in program design, and managing a patient partnership initiative.

    Job SummaryThis position involves overseeing the delivery of the Long-Term Plan (LTP) ambition related to Personalized Care.

    The role spans across the three programs of work and focuses on embedding the patient voice within all service activities.

    Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality co-production and co-design, to improve services.

    The post-holder will also be responsible for developing and implementing the patient partnership work program, engaging with patients and families/carers' needs and perspectives.

    Additionally, the role includes overseeing the implementation, delivery, training, and evaluation of the Patient Partners Community of Practice and various patient experience and engagement projects.


    Objectives of the Role:
    Champion the involvement of people affected by life-threatening illnesses within the work program and governance structures.
    Utilize innovative methods for patient partnership throughout the program and establish a robust evaluation framework.
    Ensure diverse recruitment and retention of patient and carer networks that can influence work across the program.

    Address inequalities in patient and carer voices and promote awareness of patient and public involvement by integrating staff training in co-production and co-design.
