STEM Recruitment are looking for a dynamic, hard-working Account Handler to work in the Bespoke Sales and Customer Service Team of one of our well-established clients.


The Role

  • Ensure a professional image is maintained through all internal and external communication.
  • Ensure customer Orders are received, allocated and progressed in a professional and accurate manner.
  • Allocate jobs cleared jobs from start of day to administrators.
  • Proactive in monitoring all dates both internal and external from the LOA to PFP through the production process to delivery and invoicing.
  • Ensure all systems are accurately and promptly kept up to date
  • Manage the creation, processing and checking of labels in line with business requirements.
  • Support Administrators.

The Person
To be considered for the role of Account Handler you are required to demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas

  • Customer Service Administration experience.
  • The ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet key deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills internal and external.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of external Bespoke Customer Service customers' requirements.
  • Professional and positive.
  • Team Player

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm


Salary:
£19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
