£12.50ph


A new opportunity has arisen to work with a successful company who are continually expanding their team and growing within the market.

Our client is looking to recruit an additional member to their
Business Development team.


You will benefit from working in an appealing office environment with a friendly and welcoming team and
flexible working hours.


Responsibilities for the Business Development Advisor include:

  • Calling companies from an existing CRM database and building a pipeline of warm leads
  • Arrange site surveys/meetings for our Business Development Director
  • Work towards agreed weekly KPI call and appointment targets
  • Maintenance of CRM database

The successful Business Development Advisor will ideally have:

  • Great communication skills
  • Previous B2B experience (not essential)
  • Experience in using a CRM database
  • A positive and selfmotivated approach to working
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player and the ability to work alone
  • The ability to quickly build a rapport with clients
