Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Customer Relations Consultant to join our Customer Relations Team. Booking in aftersales customers for all service departments across the group and providing a fantastic customer experience. This position is offered on a rotating 40hour Monday
Friday full time permanent basis with 1 in 3 Saturdays (82) paid as overtime. Full training will be provided at our Brentwood site, then working from home can be supported or space can be provided at our Brentwood dealership.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Upon your completed 3 week training you will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Convert customer enquiries to bookings and assist customers with service booking queries
Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
Achieving set performance targets
Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines
Working in collaboration with all service departments to guarantee the smoothest experience for our customers
