You'll help support the supervision of the firm's growing portfolio of Financial Advisers, implementing the Training & Competency scheme and reporting on T&C metrics.
You'll conduct regular file checks and review the content and production of client suitability reports, whilst also promoting and embedding a positive ethical culture across the business.
You'll have gained good Compliance / T&C experience in a wealth management environment and either have attained or be working towards a relevant Level 4 qualification (DipPFS, DipFA etc.).
