- Minimum 1 years UK experience working as a Pharmacist
- Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions and hospital policies.
- Conducting medication reconciliation for admitted patients to ensure accuracy and safety in medication use.
- Participating in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings to provide pharmaceutical expertise and support in patient care decisions.
- Providing drug information to healthcare professionals, patients, and their caregivers.
- Monitoring patient medication therapy for efficacy, safety, and adherence, and making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of medication-related policies, protocols, and guidelines.
- Participating in the training and supervision of pharmacy support staff and students as required.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of pharmaceutical interventions, medication histories, and other relevant information.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements, professional standards, and best practices in pharmacy practice.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Registered as a pharmacist with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Minimum 1 years UK experience working as a Pharmacist
- Prior experience working as a pharmacist in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of pharmacotherapy principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
