Role responsibilities


We are currently recruiting for a Business Administration Assistant to join our Planning & Performance Team on a permanent basis.

You will provide support to both the Planning and Performance Director and Operations Director, as well as the immediate team, across a range of administrative and organisation requirements.


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Key support to Company Conf call (formerly TCG), including
  • circulating papers for review/endorsement, record keeping of decisions and other governance elements.
  • Supporting Directors and Heads of department with minute taking, action tracking, businss plans including periodic and adhoc reporting and some Incident reviews
  • Provide critical support to CC meetings, minute taking, record keeping of TU notes/minutes.
  • Assisting BAU and wider team additional work
  • Timetable working group, organise, attend and note take for the Directors weekly team mtgs and Operational Resource workshops.
  • Provide administrative support include note taking and diary management.
  • Organisation of events, conferences; meeting rooms, hotel bookings, reservations; and travel tickets for the team.
  • Create all purchase orders and follow end to end process, ensure approval, as well as setting up new suppliers.
  • Creating and maintaining financial trackers to monitor expenditure for the whole function.

_Essential requirements to be considered for this role: _

  • Experience of achieving deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Well organised, with good planning skills
  • Knowledge and experience of finance processes, including accurately raising purchase orders and settling invoices
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage own workload flexibly

Welsh Language Skills
