    Full-Time Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher

    We are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our youngest learners in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

    We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS Teacher to inspire and support our children's early learning and development on a full-time basis.


    Job Description:

    As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for our children's educational journey.

    You will create a warm and welcoming classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore, discover, and learn through play-based activities.

    Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents/guardians, you will deliver a rich and engaging curriculum that promotes children's social, emotional, and academic development.


    Responsibilities:


    Plan and deliver creative and stimulating learning experiences that are tailored to the needs and interests of young children, in line with the EYFS framework.

    Foster positive relationships with children, building trust and confidence to support their individual learning and well-being.
    Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians and adapting teaching strategies to meet their evolving needs.
    Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity, equality, and respect for all children and families.

    Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a holistic curriculum that encompasses all areas of learning, including communication and language, physical development, and personal, social, and emotional development.

    Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice to enhance teaching practice and contribute to school improvement

    Requirements:
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in the EYFS phase.
    Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework, child development principles, and effective pedagogical practices.
    Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for young children.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
    Creativity, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to teaching and learning.
    Enthusiasm for working collaboratively as part of a supportive team within a dynamic and inclusive school community.
    Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
