    SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Nuneaton who is recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team
    Hybrid - 2 days office
    £25, ,000 + Private Healthcare + Profit Share + 7.5% Pension

    As part of the marketing team, the role will include:

    • Planning, co-ordination & execution of exhibitions, events and meetings
    • PR exposure through dental trade media (online & print)
    • Customer and internal communication
    • Adhoc campaigns
    • Support marketing team and marketing manager/s as required
    Exhibitions:
    Working with the respective marketing manager, marketing team and other stakeholders, plan and execute the end-to-end process of achieving a successful and strong brand presence
    Involved in all stages of the planning & execution process;
    • Responsible for creation of project ghant chart and ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to quality standards
    • Working with agency project manager (stand builders) as key contact
    • Liaise with exhibitor partners to order show requirements
    • Organising internal resource requirements for set-up/tear-down
    • Organising hotel bookings/restaurants
    • Responsible for production & circulation of show communication pack
    • Responsible for working with rest of marketing team to plan & promote events via social media, print, digital & PR, stand graphics and any other activity on stand
    • Coordination of lead collection process
    • Attendance at shows and support stand build and upkeep of stand during event
    • Responsible for post-show analysis
    Other Events/Courses/Sales Meetings
    Sharing co-ordination of all aspects of calendar events, courses & sales meetings with other Marketing Co-ordinator including; diary management, catering arrangements, merchandise requirements and logistics e.g. Christmas party, charity events and Sales meetings.

    PR Content and Internal/External Communication:
    Working with internal and external stakeholders, write PR content for trade publications (print & digital), dealer communications, colleague engagement 'stories,' and general copywriting requirements for marketing channels/communications.
    • Responsible for creation and delivery of PR content calendar across trade publishers (print & digital)
    • Research, write and submit engaging PR copy to publishers
    • Liaise with UK and EMEA sales teams for content input and translations, as required
    • Build relationships and liaise with editorial teams across all sector publications
    • Responsible for creation, issue and performance metrics for dealer newsletters
    Adhoc Support:
    • Provide support to marketing team on ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
    • General admin duties associated with departmental role
    Qualifications and Skills:
    o Degree level qualification or equivalent, Marketing related
    o Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and creative
    o Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
    o Able to prioritise effectively and deliver multiple projects
    o Experience in stakeholder management
    o Excellent project management and communication skills
    o Copywriting skills and ability to rework technical content
    o Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Outlook skills
    o Will be some overseas travel and overnight/weekend stays for UK events
