    The Role

    As a Logistics Admin, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative tasks related to transportation, back office, and distribution. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will contribute to our ongoing success in delivering top-notch logistics services to our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
    • Manage documentation related to operations staff.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth logistics processes.
    • Assist in optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address logistics challenges and implement effective solutions.

    Package:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree [desirable]
