Workforce Resourcing are pleased to be able to offer an exciting opportunity.We are seeking a Workforce Resourcing Administrator to work within our Flexi Team on various projects and activities relating to the management and deployment of flexi staff and workers across the organisation.
As part of the Workforce Resourcing Team you would be responsible for providing administration support to various services including recruitment, flexi staffing and rostering.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a dynamic individual with the ability to juggle many conflicting demands on your time.
We are seeking a colleague who will be able to hit the ground running and keep up with our busy, forward thinking department where no two days are the same.

Management and Personal Development
- To maintain strict confidentiality
- To comply with Trust policies and procedures
- Willingness to undertake on job development opportunities
- To work autonomously and from own initiative and plan and organise own workload on a daily basis in line with procedures and job role.
- Provide cover for colleagues as required.
- To actively participate in the annual appraisal process and regular supervision.
- To work as a team member in providing support to all functions within Workforce Resourcing
- Complete appointment and contractual paperwork as required
- Manage and support the onboarding of new starters
- To maintain service levels for all parts of the flexi recruitment process ensuring deadlines met and updated on the TRAC system
- To maintain workflow for additional activities within the team
- Support management with diary management and administrative processes as required
- To support recruitment events and activities such as assessment days, jobs fairs, etc
- To manage generic mailboxes and triage/action as necessary
- To use all required electronic systems comprehensively and competently
- Input and retrieve information from the Trust's Main Computerised Information Systems
- Maintain accurate data within IT systems
