We are looking for exceptional people to join our growing team of Administrators and Case Handlers in Manchester City Centre You must have previous customer service and administration experience, excel at delighting customers and be motivated to build a careerin Customer Service.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

Meeting and exceeding the objectives by persistently achieving the needs of the client and demonstrating outstanding client service and support by continuing to assist in achieving financial objectives.

Data entry following GDPR regulations and professionally act while interacting with financial institutions.

Arranging Trade and Settlement dates for stocks and international shares following CASS regulations and execute internal stock movements as well as charity donations of stock accurately and efficiently.

Answering telephones or directs callers to appropriate individual or department.
Proficiency with spreadsheet software and be able to handle a huge amount of financial transactions.
Record all pertinent client and supplier information on the company CRM system in a timely manner.
Assistance with ad hoc and scheduled and performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Operate on financial assets, stocks and shares - on-line platforms and manual documents with peculiar attention to detail.

Experience required:

  • Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service in any environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for customer service
  • A polite and professional telephone manor
